"...Body (experiencing) and mind are not separate.
Every thought and situation comes with some experiential dimension
no matter how elusive.
Finding this dimension opens doors and shows a way forward

Have
you heard of Domain Focusing, but have no idea what it is about?
Want
to expand your Focusing experience to inlcude a wider perspective?
Frustrated
with Focusing processes that get stuck and/or interrupted by your Inner Critic?
Discover the three realms of experiencing with this introductory workshop to Domain Focusing
Domain Focusing was developed by Robert Lee, PhD. He considers Focusing to involve
"Three Logics of Growth."
These are:
- Thinking
- Felt Sensing
- Loving
You
can think of it as "Mind/Body/Heart" Focusing
What distinguishes Domain Focusing from other styles of Focusing is that
1) Thinking is considered an integral part of the Focusing process;
2) Self Empathy is unique and specific to each person, situation, or felt sense; and
3) We are encouraged to "enter" (deepen) our process by combining different
symbolizations of our experience.
The listening also changes
according to the Domain.
Experiential Workshop on January 18th, 2019, at 4 p.m. Eastern, 1 p.m. Pacific Daylight Savings Time.
We will move through the Five Phases of Domain Focusing, which are
Starting, Linking, Entering, Asking, and Acting Into the Situation.
We will star with the HEART of Domain Focusing: Self Empathy.
You will gain an appreciation of the importance and power of finding the right
Self Empathy in
order to allow a felt sense to form and unfold
We will process through the three Domains and close by welcoming a fresh Action
Step.
I will include the "Welcoming" phase
of my H.O.W. We Heal Focusing model.
